 If, after reviewing this list, you are unsure of what engine and ecu your vehicle has, please contact us.

E36 Chassis (1995-1999)

All M5s utilize MSS52.

E60 Chassis (2003-2010)

Engine: M54, N52, S85

ECU: MS45.0, MS45.1, MSV70, MSV80 MSS65

If your E60 with a M54 engine is NOT in North America, it will have MS45.0, if it is in North America, it will have MS45.1
E60 525/530 with N52B30 will have MSV70 ECU. E60 528i with N52B30 will have MSV80.
