Our performance tune for E90 | E92 |E93 323i, 325i, and 330i and E60 525i, 530iequipped with the N52 engines - by enthusiasts, for enthusiasts!

We at Chaos Calibrations have been working extensively on our N52 tunes. We wanted to bring an affordable tune that offered real performance and flexibility. We have completed majority of our performance tuning and are waiting to finalize on the dyno and a few fun options.
Revising tons of engine parameters including valve lift, vanos, torque delivery, etc. to bring you a more exciting drive to work, and full throttle at the track!
We are proud of what we do here. You can be assured that you are getting the best of the best here at Chaos Calibrations, a dyno will prove it. Not only do we target increased drivability and power, but much smoother power delivery as well and a great options list!

Our full performance packages are for most naturally aspirated cars: whether completely stock, catless exhaust, 3 stage intake manifolds, E85, etc. Just specify your options and modifications, and we'll handle the rest!

-What's the process?-
You are purchasing our remote tuning service. After purchasing your tune, you will receive an email with our software download and instructions to begin the tuning process. It is a very straight forward process. You will need a native Windows laptop and K+DCAN OBD2 Cable.
You'll essentially check for any codes the car may have and save them. Then pull a backup of the ECU as it currently sits and send it in to us. We'll then build your tune, and send it over to you for uploading. It's easy as that!

MSV70 ECU Tuning REQUIRES quality cables with updated firmware. Generic cables from ebay and amazon (and similar) with outdated firmware WILL cause issues when uploading tunes to your ECU. Datalogging can be conducted to promote the best calibration for your vehicle even without a dyno (unheard of with most other tuners!)
Dyno tuning is available, please contact us if you wish to have your car dyno tuned.

All tunes are allowed up to 3 customer requested revisions up to 14 days after receiving your first tune, at no extra cost.

FEATURES(explained):

THROTTLE ADJUSTMENT:

• OEM+ enhances the stock pedal feel be a bit more lively and responsive.

• Increasing idle rpm can be useful for those that have lightweight flywheels and/or stiffer engine/transmission mounts as it can remove the vibration caused by these modification.

• This feature makes your idle lumpy and choppy to sound like it has big cams. Also known as "Ghost Cam."
  Race Cam Idle Modification inherently creates rough idle. This sound affect, some enjoy, although most do not enjoy the rough idle. For this, we provide two separate tunes, one with the function on, and one with it off. Switching between the two will often require adaptations reset. This can easily be done within our software.

POPS AND BANGS/FLAMES/OVERRUN FUEL CUTOFF*:

• This feature enables pops and bangs upon lift off of the throttle. While decelerating, pops and bangs will be omitted from the exhaust. You can select varying ways of enabling this function as well as varying aggressions, some of which can be tailored to a very mild OEM spec setting or, a crazy setting with flames and loud gunshot like bangs. We know it may seem a little complicated on how you would like to have your pops active, so, we'll explain. Check out this Pop and Bang Toggle Styles to read details on the options/styles

If requested by the customer, Rear O2 and SAP "Bypasses" are intended to notify the ECU of no longer installed hardware which is already removed by the customer.
